Specifications and Dimension Catalogues
Together with the symbol libraries as per DIN and ANSI for generating P&ID, specifications and part catalogues from various manufacturers and standards are included with the product. Catalogues with a modular structure permit low-cost generation of your own specifications and part catalogues. The special advantage here is that a new part can be put together from existing graphic elements and generated with the very latest various dimensions from the database.
Easy Data Exchange
Process Plant Design provides support for data exchange. Drawings can be read and written in DWG/DXF format. Lists and data sheets are provided as Microsoft Office data or also in HTML or XML format. For publication of your drawings, you can save these in PDF format or use WebCGM.
Documentation--On the Web or on CD
Compile your documentation in formats which are automatically suitable for the internet. Drawings in the WebCGM format give you interactive access to information and let you navigate in the drawing.
A 3-D model in VRML format lets you walk through the plant or discuss details. The photo-realistic depiction of a plant is important particularly in sales as a further additional element in professional quotations.
